I heard we could use websites like cppreference.com during a USACO contest.

Can we also use websites like geeksforgeeks, or search for things on google (like “how to sort an array in c++”)?
What websites are/are not allowed for use during the contest?

You’re not allowed to access external links other than the links given during the competition. You can only access an official language’s documentation.
