USACO website down during competition again?

Is USACO.org down for anyone else? It keeps going down every few minutes and coming back up for just a couple of seconds. I’m doing the competition right now I can’t submit any solutions

My grandma is even a better website maintainer than these computer professionals. It crashed 3 times during these months.
