Untagged USACO Monthlies don’t show up in ‘active problems’

I don’t know if this is intended.
This only happens with untagged problems.
I think problems from ‘USACO monthlies’ marked as ‘practicing’ should show up in ‘active problems’ on dashboard as otherwise there’s no easy way to see a full list of the problems I’m working on.
