Scared for USACO and General C++ Problems

Ok I’ve been learning C++ from August
It’s been near 3 months
I’m kind of scared since I love C++ but sometimes I can’t solve problems and I ChatGPT them and then I’m like “Ohhh i should have done that” and then I’ll forget about it.
Also IDK when the USACO Bronze is but the questions scare me.
Any advice on how I can get better?

I’m kind of late, but I also feel this way, instead I work up from small examples/questions (find some online, or ai-generate) and build up. then if I’m struggling on a question for 30+ mins without real progress then stop and look at it again tomorrow.
