How does one participate in the USACO contest?

Hello, I am a full-stack engineer and professor at UCSD teaching data structures and web development.

A high school student is interested in participating in the USACO.

I could not find clear directions on how to participate in the contest. Please advise a way to register and participate.

i think you just make an account and then you can just start participating when there’s a contest

All you have to do is make an account and start the contest during the contest window, so no registering for a specific contest. The only registering you need to do is registering an account.
