Can someone summarize the problem statement of https://oj.uz/problem/view/Balkan15_HAPPINESS? I still would like to solve the problem by myself, it’s just that the problem statement does not make sense to me.
On a separate but related note, for the linked problem and other similar problems, how does the submission work? Can someone give an example of a program one could submit (without an algorithm, just a rough sketch of a template that I could submit into the system with.
