Can you submit code to old USACO problems?

I’m wondering if it’s possible to submit code to an old USACO problem on their website. If it’s possible, that would save me a lot of hassle of trying to download every test case.

If you’re referring to the 2011-12 season, it isn’t, but you can submit at USA Computing Olympiad.
